User reviews from travelers who booked a bus ticket from Gainesville to Fort Myers
I called the Red Coach company to make sure I was at the right bus stop since I was not familiar with the area. After I was given no helpful advice, I waited for my bus where my GPS told me to. My bus then blew right by me as I tried to flag it down. The driver waved and shrugged as he drove by.

No limited capacity on the bus, therefore social distancing could not be maintained. I had to call customer service because I wasn’t notified that my original bus ticket was cancelled and replaced with a bus that was scheduled 2 hours later on the day that I had to travel. Had I known that the bus wasn’t going to limit its capacity to protect its customers during a pandemic, I wouldn’t have scheduled a trip at all.
Excellent and comfortable. I would only say though that I didn’t understand WHERE the drop off was in Ft. Myers. My friend didn’t know his to get to Fgcu?? I didn’t know that is what it stood for. I would have explained that better for travelers from out if town.
The bus was not at the lot prior to departure so none of the passengers knew if we were at the right place. It would have been less stressful if the bus was there 15 minutes early as our ticket said to be there early .Also the bathroom was not clean
